Service Satisfaction

Soyglower is committed to providing exceptional flower bed and balcony arrangement services. We work closely with clients throughout the design and installation process to ensure satisfaction with the final result.

Consultation and Design Phase

During the initial consultation and design phase, we provide detailed plans and visualizations for your review. You have the opportunity to request modifications before installation begins. Changes requested after approval may incur additional charges.

Installation Services

Once flower bed and balcony arrangement installation begins, services are considered in progress. If you need to cancel or modify services after installation has started, please contact us immediately. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of completion and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Plant Health Guarantee

Soyglower guarantees that all plants installed are healthy at the time of installation. If a plant fails to establish or shows signs of poor health within 30 days of installation due to our error, we will replace it at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Maintenance Services

For ongoing maintenance services, you may cancel or modify your maintenance schedule with 30 days written notice. Prepaid maintenance services are non-refundable but may be applied to future services within the same calendar year.

Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of service completion. Soyglower will review each request individually. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days using the original payment method when possible.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel scheduled flower bed and balcony arrangement services with at least 48 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover preparation costs.
